Originally ordered the 5000mg CBD full spectrum oil, but was sent the 500mg mistakenly. After around five minutes after emailing their support, the president of operations called me personally to apologize for the mishap. Had the correct order shipped out to me the next day, and even told me to keep the 500mg tincture for the inconvenience. No business is perfect, but this is about as perfect as this situation could have been handled. Will be purchasing from them for the foreseeable future.
