Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We typically ship same day so your item(s) get to you without delay. Most orders are shipped Fedex Express and have a 2-3 day delivery time. If you are having an order shipped to a P.O. box or APO, it will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and transit times may be longer than our standard express.

Specifics and Restrictions:

We allow returns & exchanges of unused products within 30 days from original purchase date.

You will be refunded the amount you paid minus shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you used a discount when purchasing, you will receive the discounted price returned to you. This means you will not receive the full retail price when you did not pay the retail price.

Due to health an safety concerns with the type of products we sell, we are unable to accept items in which the manufacturer’s seal has been broken.

•    Exceptions to the above will need prior approval and only store credit will be issued.

How to Return or Exchange:

When returning an item please email support@relieforganics.com for instructions and your RMA number. Please do not ship the product before contacting us as we cannot guarantee your return.

Please Note:

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and tracking costs for the return. Make sure you get a shipping receipt from the carrier as we are not responsible for items lost in shipping.
