I have had sleeping problems for awhile and multiple aches and pains. Decided to try these to see if they would help. I received them and wanted to wait for one of my rough days to see if they work. I had gotten one of my rare migraines and decide that this was the day. Ate one gummy about 6:00 pm and by about 8:00 my migraine started to feel better. Went to bed and had a good night sleep. Hands down, these are the best gummies I’ve found. I plan on ordering these for a while. I have degenerating disc in my back and for a long time have had to be on prescribed painkillers muscle relaxers or anything over the counter that would remotely work.
